Lida Africa is proud to invite managers and researchers from international development organizations, foundations, governments and non-governmental organizations from around Africa, as well as trained M&E professionals to participate in our very 1st Practical Webinar on M&E Data Visualization Using Conditional Formatting (Microsoft Excel).  

Every evaluation & monitoring professional desires to generate great analysis from his or her monitoring and evaluation data. However, many of us are faced with a challenge of quickly cleaning the data and summarizing it into good results and simplified visuals.  Conditional formatting in Microsoft Excel is powerful tool that can enable M&E professionals to set up simplified visualization systems and building creative dashboards. This webinar will provide a detailed understanding of pragmatic step-by-step process for using these intermediate functions in Excel.

Ronald is the Director Research and Training at Lida Africa. He holds a Master of Statistics, a Master of Economic Policy Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation. He has used Excel for M&E data management and analysis for the last 10 years. In the recent past, Ronald has facilitated executive workshops on Advanced Excel at several international conferences.

He has worked for several institutions including; Uganda Revenue Authority, the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries-Uganda, Kyambogo University, The International Center for Tax and Development in UK and United Nations University- World Institute for Development Economics Research-Finland to help them improve monitoring, evaluation and research of advocacy and policy change work.
